How credits work
Each generation uses credits based on the type and quality you pick. Plan credits are granted every billing period and reset at renewal — they don't carry over. Need more? Buy a one-off credit package from your Plan & Credits page.

What are credits?
Credits are what every image or video generation costs. The amount depends on the type of generation and the quality you choose; you see the cost before you generate.
Do unused credits carry over?
Not at renewal: plan credits are granted at the start of each billing period and any remaining balance resets when the plan renews. The one exception is moving up to a higher plan, which keeps your remaining credits. Your Plan & Credits page shows the exact reset date.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep full access and your remaining credits until the end of the current period, then you're on the free plan.
Are there free trials or offers?
Sometimes. When an offer is available for your account — such as a free trial — it appears here and on your Change plan page once you're signed in, with its exact terms before you claim it.
Which payment methods can I use?
Cards, iDEAL, SEPA Direct Debit, Bancontact and other local methods — all entered on our payment provider's secure page, never on our site.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, at any time. Moving up to a higher plan takes effect immediately, is charged to your saved payment method, and keeps your remaining credits. Moving to the same or a lower plan — including switching between monthly and yearly — takes effect at the next renewal with no charge today; you keep full access and your credits until then. You can still switch immediately from the scheduled-change notice. You see exactly what happens before you confirm.
